Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff and owner, Andrew. We needed to hire 3 bikes for our family. Did not make advance reservation. They had only one bike left. But somehow, they made available a brand new bike and got a third one belonging to an employee to ensure we were not disappointed. We spent most of the day cycling the Rimutaka trail on a beautiful summer day. At $100 for 3 bikes, that was extremely good value. My kids agreed that was the best part of our holiday in Wellington.

I was looking for a bike and was unsure what type to have. I asked for advice and received excellent service. Although there weren't many bikes in the shop (when compared to the major stores) I was shown sufficient to be able to make my decision. I was left in no doubt of his knowledge and expertise. I was in no doubt that I would have excellent customer service and after sales service.

Andrew and his team really know their stuff. Took my bike for a service there had a few things that needed to be done and i can tell you, starting from quality of workmanship, service with a smile and value for money there won't be anybody able to touch them. I have told all my friends and i won't be taking my bike anywhere else but them.

Have twice recently had bikes repaired here (adult road bike and kids' mountain bikes). Both times I got a verbal quote and both times that was honored...great pricing. Turn around time on the repairs was very quick and high quality.

While friendly It seemed like the clerk was uninterested or inexperienced & spoke to speak rather than considering the information we were putting forward. We had questions, pretty much none were answered. I can't buy $700-$1800 worth of bikes on that premise.

Pretty hard to fault these guys in honesty. Really quick book in times and very short turnarounds for any work I've had done here. Always well priced, professional advice and never a drama. Don't expect a flash showroom, expect honest work and great prices. Very happy.
