Staff was very helpful and friendly.The experience with doctor was amongst very rare.Not many doctors listen and explain the situation like he did .Very professional, convincing and caring experience.

Highly recommend this dentist! Both the staff and Dr Koo is really great. Booking the appointment was super easy, and they explained the pricing over the phone really well. I had many questions during the appointment and Dr Koo was able to answer them all, and he did a very comprehensive check and clean. I had trouble with claiming my costs with insurance, but they were happy to keep revising the invoice until it was approved by my insurance company. Definitely will go back for my next check up!

I recently visited Primecare and the team were extremely kind and helpful. A very welcoming nature from receptionist and dental assistant on entry who made me feel comfortable. I was then seen by Dr Stephens who was very gentle, communicative & took his time making sure I understood the best care for my teeth.
