I went there two times. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes, but I was still on waiting. And the second time it was really not that busy. I ordered two pieces of original recipe chicken. They taste really good. I think I will nor come again because the environment is not welcoming. Three stars for chicken only.

An absolute joke! Have attempted to visit on multiple occasions to be met with unavailable items like chicken or potato and gravy. It would have been helpful to know that before we ordered and paid.Too many chances, won't be going again.

Great customer service! Friendly woman working on the drive-through, with good listening skills, a cheerful and helpful attitude. Definitely like coming to this store, it's well worth the drive!

Actually not as bad as I had heard it was. Wait at the drive through was a bit long. Once we got our order it was pretty quick turn around. Chicken was fantastic too. Will try again

I put in a complaint to KFC about the chinese/asian guy there who was screaming at me. absolutely disgusting behaviour. KFC havent followed this up at all and he gets away with this. Its a shame because the rest of the staff are awesome. Just that one guy whos an absolute toolI ended up getting nothing because of his weak attitude

Must have been a bad day at the office today 6/2. KFC Johnsonville was super busy. Perhaps the owner can look into helping out the team. It’s not the team’s fault that I got the driest, stalest roll with the scrawniest mangiest piece of sample of chicken in what’s supposed to be a zinger burger. See the photo’s and let me know if I’m unreasonable. Very disappointed today. The bucket of chicken got 5 stars, but that’s what I expected at KFC Johnsonville anyway. I’ll try again and hope for the best.

Ordered this last night amongst other food delivered. Didn’t ask for extra sauce. This is just stupid, they deserve their low rating.

I first went to wash my hands before ordering my food and noticed there was no toilet paper, so I advised the staff at the counter someone might get caught out with no loo paper... the staff said yeah we know there's no toilet paper In there" and didn't seem to care either. As for my lunch... chicken pieces were so small and dry it was very disappointing. Come on KFC lift your game a bit please."
