I have used them recently for my Truck Dash was playing a bit and I have told them in the beginning that this is the problem and they have charged me $250 but my problem didn’t fix so I had gone back to them on the same then they said it needs a new dash so I was going for new dash but I stopped myself going for a new dash because Mark I guess is the owner is quite rude as he has no respect for their clients so I am not spending any more my hardworking money to those people who they don’t respect their clients and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I remember 2 years ago I took my 2001 Polo to get a couple of blown fuses replaced and to check why the ABS light keep going on and off, after picking it up the drivers window wouldn't go up so I went back the next day, they said they could fix it on the spot, charged me for it even after I told them the window was fine before the car was brought in. Then on my way home the ABS light went on and my car just died. I checked and they didn't replaced some of the fuses, took it again and this Julian guy said they would fix it so left it there for another day. When I went to pick it up the owner, Mark, was on the counter (on a bad mood) and yelled at me What do you want now?!" I said I was there for my car

This place is really good fast service and they always seem to be hectic and have around 10 vehicles at their shop at any one time, so they must be popular. Good staff. Would recommend.

Highly recommend - fixed issue with my power steering, clock and radio in under an hour and a half and for an awesome price. I'd previously had the car at another garage for 3 weeks without them being able to fix the problem so Taylor Auto Electrical totally saved my sanity! They'll always be my first port of call going forward.

I won't come back. Unless you have tons of money to spend, I suggest you to stay away.So I have an electronic parking brake problem, they diagnosed it, and concluded it was the electrical unit that is faulty. They are likely to be correct (I have no complain on this), tho I am now booking Toyota's inspection to confirm.They did try to find second hand replacement after calling me, which I appreciate, to no avail after two days (my car stayed in their place the whole time).On the 3rd day day, I had to call them to get the bad news that they can't find a used part. They promised me to call back the previous day, which never happened. They might've been busy, but still, this is a less than standard customer service.Then came the bill, $500+ without repair. And they noted 4.25hrs of labour? I would have though not more than a third of that for inspection and confirm the faulty. Did they charge me for looking for the spare part? Surely calling around not costing that much. I could have used the money to add my funding for the new part (needed to be imported and would cost me $2,200).So, now I have booked for Toyota's inspection. And they assure me it won't take more than an hour, which sound reasonable. To me, I'd rather getting high rate with reasonable hour, than normal rate with ridiculuous hours.

Paid 400. They couldn't find the problem. Fixed a bunch of other stuff I don't care about and didn't ask for. Not good enough technically to find the gremlin. Poor!!!Nice folks though. 1 star.
