Waz provides the most superb level of customer service. I found he and his team to be super speedy with their responses and if he can't repair something (as was the case with my laptop) there is no fee. He went above and beyond to provide me with information and he is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

What can I say, absolute talent this man! Took in my mac which had been out of the game for a while after me trying to figure out what was wrong, He gave me two options of what it could be with two different prices. First one didn't fix it, no fee!! Was a bit more technical and in less than 24 hours I had a brand new system and part and she was just like a new laptop. Great price, great communication, great service, 100% recommend. Knows his stuff here that's for sure. Thank you so much, you're amazing!

I had bought a new HDD as my previous was getting old. But the new HDD wouldn't copy files properly and then my old HDD stopped working and with it all my family photos! Took it to Waz and in no time he fixed the new HDD, recovered my family photos from the old one and copied them to the new! Service was impeccable and I couldn't be more grateful!

Came to the shop with my laptop making weird noises and wouldn't switch on last night. Bought it to see if there's anything needed to be done, but turns out the laptop just needs to be updated. He checked and consulted pretty quickly for free. Totally would come here if any issues come up.Edit: My laptop apparently needs some repair, dropped it in again and he got it fixed within 2 hours. Fast service indeed and reasonable price too.
