Have been going to Liz for deep tissue massage. Have been having great results. Fantastic massage and great general knowledge about best stretching. Definitely recommend.

Liz has done amazing work with our 9 year old. She has always made her feel comfortable during treatment and has made such in difference in her daily ability through her massage. Liz has advanced knowledge of how the muscles work and is able to feel where she needs to work. Always warm, friendly and inviting I would highly recommend to anyone considering a massage.

Liz gives a great massage every time. She adjusts her massage to suit which muscles need attention and gives useful advice on stretches which will target the tight muscles post massage. I would highly recommend seeing her!

Life changing!I found Liz after having spinal surgery after breaking my neck & back in a car accident. I’ve tried everything to help with pain (acupuncture, pilates etc etc) Liz is the only person who can bring me to pain free and I wouldn’t miss my regular slot. Liz is a great person, she has so much valuable experience and knowledge of human physiology, rehabilitation and how to bring down inflammation. I’m so glad to have found Liz and highly recommend her.

I've been to Liz when I was getting over a really bad dose of Flu and then more recently, covid. The coughing had made my body ache all over. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly which areas needed the most attention. On both occasions I only had to go for her deep tissue massage a couple of times before I felt better. I can highly recommend Liz
