Leg ham and leg lamb bought here for Xmas day were delicious. Don't find checkout staff to be very focused, talking to another staff member throughout duration of my ti.e at checkout

I went to mount wellington branch, I was first in the queue. One of your staff member waiting behind me to check out as well. When it was my turn, the ladyat counter called your staff member to serve first, without acknowledging I was there waiting first. I was so surprised why it’s that happened. First I thought she was there before me, maybe just went away to get something. She also hesitated to check out before me, but the lady at counter insisted to server staff member first. And told her because she is a staff member so can get served first. Please explain to me what sort of customer service training did counter staff had, what is the customer service attitude dose your company have?

Huge variety of food. High quality pricing isnt for those on a budget.

Love getting my coffee while buying groceries however they need to use a better milk. The milk was mooing while I was drinking it

Love the range of different craft NZ products that Farro stocks. Discovered the fantastic Hoot chilli sauce, full of flavour and punch! Brilliant to mix with mayo and add as a condiment to any food. Here’s my breakfast bowl with Hoot- yum!

After my daughter brought a few awesome goodies from here, krs and I dropped into the store to check the place out ourselves. Wow, what amazing range and quality is here. Going back there soonest, I am.

Great shopping experience with their large selection of products, most of which are things you dont find in your standard supermarket. The entrance is located at the side of the building where there are plenty of other parking spots. There is also a food truck outside in the parking lot area which was changing on the Sunday morning.I quite like the range of the easy cook items which makes dinners easy. They also have a nice deli section with cheeses, meats and other ready to eat items. It was a fairly cheap lunch with the quiches and aranchinis they had.Definitely a nice place to shop although it is a pain to get back onto Lunn Ave when traffic is busy.

Great place. Can be a little over priced for some items... but all items are amazing!Lots of great pre-made meals.Feb 2024 update. They have completely rearranged the layout. Much better to find yummy food.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at Farro. They have a fantastic selection of food and beverage from a range of carefully picked suppliers, a lot of which can’t be found in supermarkets.
