Service was fair enough. But I dnt say was the best. It has not got like an allocated store there, I mean like an indoor showroom. But it is along the walk or corridor. For some reason they were so after the physical passport though my driver license was there, even a scanned copy of my passport wasn't accepted. But another outlet I visited was ok with the scanned colour copy I had on the phone.

Never had much success here, I never got a helpful person. Seems to me they are only interested in selling, not service. The staff seem to change almost daily.

Terrible service ever , that phillipine guy was being so rude , firstly he wasn’t even there during his shift… i waited for more than 15 minutes and he left a trainee on his second day of job in the store only by himself and then he came , looking at me so rudely, wasn’t able to solve my bill problem which i fixed later on all by myself, he even doesn’t know that bill can be paid according to my wished amount of payment which i did . He said he has no access , perhaps he was trying to make me fool but the real thing is he don’t want to work , he just want to stay in restroom using his phone all the time. Which he continued to do while he waS back, shame on you phillipine guy at northlands mall .

Probably the worst customer service to date.Entered the shop and waited to be attended however both employees who may I add made eye contact with both my partner and I when we came in both just sat there twiddling on their personal phone and continued to do so. We then approached them asking for assistance and they looked at each other as if none of them had the energy in them to do their jobs! Very unprofessional and not a good company look
