We approached Idea needing to develop an innovative, practical, high performance, low cost clamp solution for securing our orchard reflective ground sheet system.The team at Idea worked through design and development process starting with conceptual 3D CAD modelling, strength (FEA) simulations, and prototype test samples through to production tooling.To date we have produced over 1 million 'Gator Clamps'.
