Dakogi Korean fried chicken

After trying most of the chicken restaurants in Auckland, I think browns bay Dakogi has the best tasting chicken and the service is absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend going!

Ordered half Hot & Spicy Fried Dak and portions are huge! Love the taste with a hint of spicy on the batter but not so much spicy. I ordered extra volcano Spicy sauce which was good to dip in. Will be visiting again for sure.

I ordered the half dak volcano and it was awesome. Very generous serving size considering the price with perfect flavour and crunch (not too spicy and balanced with sweetness) - 5/5. My friend who got the burger combo said it was epic with a massive chicken fillet. Overall great experience and will definitely be coming back. Fantastic Korean fried chicken in good portions. Interior of the store isn't much to speak about, but if you're there for good food/takeaway then you're in for a treat. Recommend their volcano chicken for fans of spicy food, and their garlic soy chicken as well.

At last a takeaway that makes fresh cooked chicken. The chicken is little bite sized pieces and perfectly cooked. There is a variety of different chicken options and a range of addon options. I will certainly be returning again

I have had the crispy, sweet chili and soy garlic burgers and have enjoyed them all. For my favorite would be the soil garlic but the crispy is soooo good as well.

First time visit on reccomendation from some friends. Wow, what a pleasant surprise to find an eatery making high-quality chicken meals.We ordered the Hot and Spicy Dak, extremely tasty, and love the bite of the chilli. The best Korean style fried chicken that I have tried in Auckland. Authentic Korean style chicken and the store is very clean and stylish. The owner is very friendly and the customer service was spot on! Would highly recommend !!

We kept our eyes on this store for a while, wondering when the heck they were going to finally open. Hot damn was it worth the wait!The store is obviously brand spanking new and the overhead menus are not even up yet, but that's not stopping them from churning out some of the best Fried Chicken Browns Bay has ever seen.We had the volcano dak burger, just over the top amazing and nothing to be afraid of - just lots of flavour. We also had the soy garlic chicken and the kids had the plain crispy pieces. Everything was epic. Fresh, juicy and tons of flavour.The owners/staff are very friendly and welcoming. They get a genuine recommendation from us and we are really happy to have them in the area after a long anticipated wait :)
