Overall staff are friendly, happy to help. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. Family shared kitchen is awesome. Free family meal prepared by various fabulous volunteers. Great family seating area. Only down side, teenage play room was not up to much, needs attention. Thank you to all the staff for the friendly chats.

The place is amazing! Staff is unbelievably friendly!This place is so much more than what I was expecting, I have stayed in hotels that weren't as comfortable as here...There's so much for the kids to relax and be kids, indoor and outdoor playground with all the bells and whistles...Seriously I can't believe this place is run by a charity...Maccas just became more expensive for me as I won't be able to ignore the donation box no more...

No one *wants* to be at Ronald McDonald house (for obvious reasons), but having a place to stay takes such a lot of stress out of the equation. The staff are always amazing, and it's such a fantastic supportive place.To any staff, donators, or supporters of RMDH - thank you so much for your help over the past year.

Words can't express enough how thankful I am that a place like this exists! Awesome staff and volunteers create a warm and friendly atmosphere, when your kid is in hospital and the last thing you need is added stress, then this is the place for you. Keep up the good work team.

Life savers! Absolutely amazing people. Great for children and families. Just a short walk from the hospital. 5 stars is just not enough. Thank you so much for letting me and my family stay :-)

Was an amazing place with amazing staff, I stayed for a bit when I wasn't working and my partner ws staying there. We're very helpful and amazing and make life that bit easier when Ur family member is in hospital

2 of my relatives and their families have been lucky enough to receive assistance from this charity. They were in very difficult situations and to have the help of this amazing institution was such a relief for all of us. To think we are migrants and don't have the comfort of our own families and yet they never looked the colour of our skin or our immigration status. I hope you guys be blessed a million fold for everything you do.

We visited family who was staying here. I had never been before. It is so amazing that this service is available. Its a brilliant service for people needing access to the hospitals but live outside of Christchurch.

Home away from home. They have everything you need to feel at home. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Safe and secure. Kitchen is fully stocked and has anything you might need. Entertainment & comfort zones for all ages. Truly grateful for the Ronald McDonald House and it’s services.
