We were recently looking to replace our 2018 Corolla with a new car and delt with Gavin in the Porirua branch. We ended up buying a Kia in the end due to a lack of Toyota stock and a better overall deal but received a great service throughout the whole process. Gavin definitely deserves a huge shout out for always been patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had been dealing with Toyota Porirua for a few months now. They were always helpful and welcoming, even the times we didnt buy anything and just asked lots of questions. 3rd visit lucky and we finally found a car for us. Always helpful staff. A particular mention for Daphne who always goes above and beyond. Usually there at 7am till 6pm or later. A real trooper with a great work ethic that deserves recognition!UPDATEToday dropped my car off for a WOF this morning and someone was going to drive me to the train station so I could get the train to work then id pick up at 6pm the same day. A suggestion was then made how about we do yours first while you wait and then you can just drive to work?" This was done very promptly and got to work 1 minute late. One again thanks for your great service guys!"
