Have been going here to get my screen protectors for a couple of years now and had no issues until last week. He ripped my phone case off rather roughly and then my power button from the side of my phone was broken and missing. Made no effort to even try and look for it or take any responsibility. Went back a week later after having got some quotes to fix and still just trying to fob me off. Never again will I ever go back here!

Rude customer service. Changed price from quote. Would highly recommend avoiding this service. Edit: not a fake review as suggested by the store owner. A local Spreydon resident very upset by the rude service.

This place doesn't even deserve a star at all, went in and asked for a screen protector for my S10 and was quoted $25, upon pick up the price changed to $45 because apparently my phone has a curve so the cover costs more, he saw my phone at the time he quoted. When i said he quoted $25 he got rude and defensive so had no choice but to pay as he was yelling at me. I have contact 3 other Mobile Hut store and asked how much they charge and they have all said $30, so unsure where $45 comes from. Enjoy my extra $15 + cause I will never return or recommend your business to anyone!

This is my first ever bad Google review but it is deserved. Rude customer service and changed agreed price when I went to pay. Would recommend avoiding this service.EDIT: the reply from the owner is incorrect - this is a genuine review from a dis-satisfied customer.

Ok for easy screen replacement but wouldn't go for anything else to be honest. All the above reviews paint a accurate reflection of customer service and repair quality. It's a shame as it's super convenient with being local for me and I've been a bunch of times but I won't go for anything other than a screen protector replacement in the future.

I dont usually post a negative review, but in this case I feel I must. While they were able to fix my phone (a simple reguling of where the 2 parts of my phone had come part) the customer service side of my experience left me feeling a bit ordinary to be fair. From being accused of having my phone repaired previously by someone else (which is absolute BS; I've had my phone for 5 years from new and it's never missed a beat) through to being spoken to in a rude, dismissive manner. This chap who served me needed some lessons in manners, how to smile, and how to show courteously the public. I would not use their services again.
