Excellent customer service and communication from the staff, I always feel very welcomed. They take great care in both repairing and servicing my Mini, and even return it sparkly clean inside and out every time. Always happy to bring my vehicle here & would highly recommend!

Without a doubt the worst dealer experience of my life. The sale of the vehicle went smoothly, but every interaction since has been an absolute nightmare. Would never purchase a car from this dealership again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly disappointing as I love my Mini JCW.
