I can’t recommend Rachel Hooper enough, we had a fantastic experience dealing with her right from the start. Straight after our first viewing with Rachel my wife and I looked at each other and said at the same time “we have to buy a house from her!” She was absolutely incredible, she was very professional but at the same time just a fun person to help us through this stressful stage. We went through due diligence on multiple properties before finding the perfect place and over the course of a few months she was always available whenever we needed, every step of the way. At the time we were living half in Europe and part of the process we were back on the other side of the world and we would find Rachel returning our messages in the middle of the night and it got to the point where we had to tell her to stop working so hard! This shows her absolute dedication to her job. We will not hesitate to engage her services again when we need them. We are moving to New Plymouth & tried to contact Blair Burnett. Twice I left a message on his cell phone & he didn't get back to me. So I rang your office & the lady who answered was very nice & put me on to Anjie Cook. Who rang me back & said she was going away for Easter but she would do up a list of rural properties for us to look at over Easter. But I never heard from her again. Blair rang me back after your office lady told him I had rung her. He then said Anjie should be able to help us. We have come back down again to try & find a property & called into your office & your office lady took our details & said she would get Anjie to ring us. Once again we haven't heard a thing from her.We would definitely not recommend your real estate to anyone because your staff just done care to even bother to ring people back.We are from Whangarei & could have done with your help but your team just wasn't caring enough to bother with us, even though we are cash buyers.Diane Sanders
