Very rude staff on night shift. If you don't like this job then find another job. Your rude to talk too and also your service is really poor. Not nice gas station

Poor customer service, went in yesterday to the chick at the counter taking a personal phone call just holding a hand up to make customers wait for her. Have had issues with the same customer service person regarding purchases of over the counter items refusing to listen to what I was asking for. Boycotting the customer service people now, only good thing about this petrol station is the fact it has pay at pump.

This almost always my fill up spot before I head south for a road trip. When use to pay in the shop, the staff would be friendly and even made a decent coffee when had them.With the current rise in prices, it seems they are not as cheap as they use to but is a station I still go to due to past customer service and to just break away from the motor way when coming in our out of town

I give a 5 star because the ladies who make the coffee in the morning make the best mochas. I get them daily. Unfortunaly Z is too cheap to give loyalty cards for ever 10 coffees i buy. If it wasnt for the ladies who work mon to fri 8.20am who make the coffee i get on my way to work i wouldnt bother. If they quit i will go get my coffee elsewhere. Inhave had excellent customer service always

I just want to try to understand myself why my service was not able to help me but was only told me to move to pump 3, I was on pump 5 ? ?? To the staffs and manager a you really training your staffs probably because I just don't understand why, so I went to another gas station just been fxxx honestly

Someone please change the staff 2 don't speak English it doesn't take 4 staff members to figure out that a certain drink I asked for exists this is the 3rd time I have been in there and they don't understand me who is the manager there today was not a good day me including 2 other customers super angry also customer Infront asked for $50 gas and got served $15 the other man was just swearing 3rd time I walk out angry the manager needs to stop hiring ppl direct from overseas very annoyed I stay across the rd hope to see them learn English atleast ANGRY CUSTOMER DISAPOINTDED VERY MUCH

Wow the lady who made my latte this morning did an amazing job…. Usually petrol stations don’t make the greatest of coffees but boy was my latte perfect. It was creamy and not overly hot she knows how make a good latte :)

This stores a bit different to most Z Service Stations, has a different internal layout, but the staff were great and welcoming. Great pies and barista coffee.
