We were left to deal with inexperienced staff who had no idea of commercial reality and made decisions based on covering their lack of experience rather than what was best for the client. Expensive fees as well.

Hampton Jones helped us out when we took the step to from leasing an office to investing in one and becoming our own tenant. As we identified properties, they helped us to understand any building issues that might exist. When we finally found, and purchased, the right premises, they helped us design the fitout. We were stretching our budget and they were very considerate of this, and our relative ignorance, and stood by our side throughout. They were especially good when it turned out the builder we'd selected (our choice of builder, and it was against their advice) turned out to be a rogue. Despite their frustrations with our poor choice, they were excellent and professional and saved us from ourselves.I can't recommend them highly enough. These are great people, understanding, professional and a real pleasure to do business with.
