She was approachable and super helpful in assisting my mom choosing the suitable piece, although it’s not available on the day she noted down our details and made the magic happened in the following week. We had the greatest visit on our way home! I made sure to visit all Partridge locations in New Zealand this trip, Queenstown, Christchurch, Wellington and all 3 Auckland stores. Annie was the most fun, friendly, honest and professional sales assistant, she not only helped my wife pick out some stunning jewellery, we spent over an hour chatting about watches. Lily and Tristan are both excellent when it comes to customer relationship and service. Had the most pleasant experience buying a time piece at the Partridge Jewellers Store at Auckland Airport. Lily was extremely courteous and helpful is helping me select the time piece. Would recommend anyone who is flying out of Auckland airport to visit their store for an excellent overall experience.

Dreams do come true and patience is a virtue. I have been on a waiting list for 2+ years to get the opportunity to purchase Rolex Submariner Date. Last week I got a call from April at the Queen Street Rolex Boutique with the fantastic news that they had one in store for me. I picked the watch up yesterday and the experience was fabulous. The team at Partridges, especially Helena who looked after me when I was flying overseas gave me fantastic service. I explained I was looking for a particular watch and to my surprise Helena called me to say they had one for me .They arranged for my daughter to collect watch a week later when they were flying out from Auckland.The whole experience was enjoyable and everything was done to facilitate the collection and purchase very easily.When I arrived back with my new watch I popped into the Newmarket store where they removed a couple of links to fit my wrist, again great service.I am now looking for another watch ( Rolex ) which I have asked Partridges ( Helena ) to let me know when they receive the model I am after.Thank you so much from a very happy customer.
