Awful costumer service by one employee in particular. I asked for support with an internet billing issue, and this employee (male, Indian looking) replied in a sarcastic manner that it wasn't his role to do, when I told him that it wasn't necessary to be rude, he replied you are not going to tell me what to do"

This company steals money from your account..the call center people are rude and dishonest and try to give you stiupid excuses why they take money that doesn't belong to them...Better to use a company that is honest and friendly.

my 4g wifi card was not working. I was told they would activate it and it should be working the next day. Waited the whole day and it didn't. Had to come back to the store again, but this time I waited in the line for an hour. There were two staff spending the whole time on one customer each and the line never moved. So disappointed and such a waste of my time!

We were really impressed with the super service provided by Jack. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Both my brother (who has a hearing disability) and I were really appreciative that Jack was so patient, not rushing us, answering our many questions and setting up the new phone. Thanks very much :-)

Got prepaid here which is so flexible in a way that I can modify my data based on my usage. The place is spacious though you just need to queue for a while. It's normal

Very pleased with services provided by Vanshika Arora from Lambton Quay store. She was very quick to help me with activating my old number, which was deactivated by online staff mistakenly and was not getting reactivated even after so many follow up.

Came this morning to store for my WiFi connection. I met a lady named vanshika with a big smile and postive attitude on her face. She listened to my problem carefully and suggested me with best options. Moreover the thing I liked the most she helped me with setting up my WiFi modem and explain all important things. It was an amazing experience meeting your team member vanshika very dedicated to her job.
