Auckland Kennel & Cattery

I am a regular with my dog “Shadow” at Auckland Kennel & Cattery, after returning home from work to a ripped up leather lounge suite, fluff everywhere! Something had to be done. He was six months at the time and obviously bored.I was very fortunate Katy & Ed had space at daycare for him, as a friend had recommended them to me.I can honestly say without hesitation he loves the day stays, socialisation with the other dogs, and the awesome staff.There has been one occasion AKC has been at full capacity during the holiday season with boarding and day stays, so even us regular’s have had to choose a day when its quiet.I would suggest if a spot becomes available, to take the opportunity to trial it out, you will become a regular, and your dog will love you for it.If my dogs happy and content, returning home totally stuffed I’m GRATEFUL.Thanks Team AKC

Our girls stay here relatively often and are always so well taken care of. The team are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this kennel :)

Love this place. While our dog is very excited to see us, his energy feels calm. The team who look after him are kind and make us feel comfortable in dropping him off.

My dog goes to daycare a few times a week. She loves it! Jumps out of the car to go inside as she knows all her friends are behind the door. The staff are lovely and they let you know how the day was. When she gets home she's exhausted and sleeps for the evening.She stayed over a long weekend and they took such good care of her!Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place and team . I have recently sent my 1 year old cat smokey here for his first cat holiday for 5 weeks while I was away. I was reassured every time i emailed or messaged them that smokey was doing great and even sent me weekly photos so i could see smokey . It was an absolutely amazing experience for my cat, who is very timid and shy, to mingle with other cats and make some friends while he was here. He has come home so happy after being at this cattery and I will definitely be bringing him back here again next time I go away. Great team and cattery

Lovely owners and team. First time away and our dog seemed happy to be there. No pic of him socializing but I was told he did which was our aim. Definitely reccomended.

Great staff put our 2 rottys. In for the weekend they were well looked after highly recommended
