TANK Tauranga Crossing- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Stood at the counter for about 5 mins before being looked at, the girl working there looked at me before started making a salad, tossed the salad as slowly as possible and then turns around to me and goes.. just so you know I close in 10 mins. So I said its fine I'll wait and she pretty much brushed me off by saying yeah I still have two other drinks to make, this is not the first time they didn't want my service !! Horrible as a customer service representative myself I would not recommend this place at all

everything's literally so expensive and take so long due to the large demand of smoothies from just about every wannabe hipster teenager this city has to offer. but with all that said, am i gonna come back and get another twenty something dollar smoothie? yeah.

Ordered a combo with wrap. Paid $20.90. Girl serving thought, i ordered a salad. I mentioned that i was after a wrap.. i went back to show them, but the girl was already eating that salad.. so couldn’t say anything.. so i basically ended up paying $20 for juice and wrap full of leaves and nothing else..i eat the same combo from almost every tank i go to, so i know the portion size.. very disappointing….

Not busy and took 15mins to make our smoothies. I asked for coconut milk as I'm allergic to soy. I have been very sick since drinking she did not change the milk. Never going back!!! She was too busy chatting to the Michael Hill Jeweller worker and flirting!! with their security guard!

There were 5 very slow staff on and only 2 were making smoothies.. made me wait 15 minutes for a watery 3/4 filled pathetic juice. I've had this smoothie multiple times from different stores so i know what to to expect. It was extremely disappointed. Do NOT recommend this store!

Ridiculously slow. Many staff but no process! I got told 5 minutes for 3 drinks, I waited 20 minutes! I watched one girl look at the number on the bottom of the same cup four times… Do not recommend, huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

Used to come here often, getting pricey and they stopped doing their 2 of the same kind discount. For that price there are much tastier things available.EDIT: Literally in there this afternoon. Was told no I couldn't get 2 tropical raspberries for less than 21.80 even though they are listed as classics. Issue is on your end.

I went to the Tank last Friday it was the worst service l have ever the time was about 2.30pm. I ordered a Paleo Active Greens. The young girl was more interested in talking to her friend at the counter than get my order right. I went back three times this is not good enough specially when l payed $14.90. First time was heaps of mixed lettuce mixed with chicken no dressing, no, carrots, no nuts, no egg. Second time round no carrots, no cucumbers no dressing. Third time round so much dressing it looked like she used the hole bottle. I watch her and her friend chatted for at least 30 minutes then it must of been her break cause they walked out of the centre together. Yess l definitely didn't go back the fourth time. I throw the so all Paleo Active Greens out in the bin. I'm a regular customer l don't know if l will ever go back again.

Long wait for smoothie - 15 minutes. One of the staff members returned from break and was sniffing (had a cold) with her mask down in the serving area. Every staff member was wearing their mask half down. Hygiene and safety needs to be addressed immediately at this store. Would not recommend this store.
