Jamie spent considerable time with us assisting in our selection of a suitable recliner for our new unit. He was very helpful and made appropriate suggestions to assist in the selection process. Would highly recommend him.

Had a great experience purchasing a lounge suite with La Z Boy. Was great to find a place that had plenty of couches with high backs and a wide range of materials. Staff were friendly, helpful and made the process easy. Wait time is reasonably long but this worked with out situation.

Very Dissapointed with the various stories they have been telling with regards to the delivery.1st story on the day of purchase (12/02/2023)We can see all items are in stock in our Tauranga warehouse, it can be delivered early April.2nd story (09/03/2023) We have made a mistake with your order.Your 2-piece set has been sent to CHC, but the 3 piece has been sent to Auckland warehouse by mistake. We will dlever the 2 piece (which they did) however the 3 piece will be delivered begining of April.3rd story (28/03/2023) We have an update to your delivery, unfortunately. we have issues getting your stock into New Zealand (wasnt it in NZ all this time), so it will be getting further delayed till end of April.When we called the store, we were told that we may be able to get one from Tauranga warehouse, but it will take a couple of weeks.Almost 2 months since the purchace and we dont have our goods yet. We are expecting family from overseas and by the time we have the sofa they are gone.Seriously, I am sick of hearing different stories each time. If it is not in New Zealand, why can you not be upfront with the customer, we couldve looked for a different model or store. I have serioulsly lost trust with Lazyboy New Zealand.My account number is 306902Would NOT recommend to anyone at all.

Had a problem with remote making electric chair unsafe for my husband. Lazyboy Christchurch had this sorted in less than 2hours. So pleased to get such great service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to all

Heard that Lazboy make the 'Rolls Royce' of recliners and was not disappointed with the quality of the couches and their comfort level. Jamie the manager was very helpful. He even had the couch I was interested in on hold while I made my mind up. Definitely recommend them.

We just saw La-Z-Boy as we left Farmers and were walking to Harvey Norman, and figured we'd stop in for a quick sit. My wife and I are so glad we did, because we could instantly feel the extra comfort. Jamie there was great to talk with, and there was absolutely no pressure which we both really appreciated. If you're in the market for a couch, I really recommend taking a few minutes to stop by here and to talk with Jamie.

We worked with Jamie at lazy boy Christchurch for 3 month trying to work out the best options for our home. Between Jamie and Casey - hunters interior expert we have ended up with with the most amazing furniture making the most of a great space thank you both so much fyi the lazy boy chairs have been a hit amongst family and friends
