Lovely team. After fixing the roof there had been a new leak as a result of some old sealing coming away. The team were very responsive and came back The next day to fix it up, and I feel confident that if there were any more issues they would pop round to fix it up! Thanks team!

I would not recommend Fix It Roofing Ltd's report and inspection service for insurance purposes. The report was not fit for purpose and they were not responsive. I would suggest making an informed decision and comparing the different roofing inspection and reporting services out there. Your experience may differ from mine.I had requested a roofing report as our property had some work done. I stated that the report would be for our insurance company, confirming that the roof is in sound condition.The cost of the report was $230 ($200 + GST) which was different as shown on their website ($180 + GST) as of the writing of this review. The $230 cost was stately clearly by the person I spoke to on the phone. This was my mistake in accepting and paying for this service.The two-page document that I had received was not fit for purpose. It did not explicitly state that the roofing was sound, or that the roofing was not sound at all. The report itself was only two paragraphs long comprising nine sentences which did not address the soundness of the roof. The rest of the document was a quote.To clarify what I needed, I reached out to them by phone. The person I spoke with was very professional and understanding. I explained what I needed, and they forwarded the information and my questions to the author of the report. A week later, I received a text from the author to call them back to confirm what I was asking for. I had called them multiple times and left voicemails, but no response was received.I would have gladly accepted the quote if the roof was confirmed as being sound after the additional work was completed however, no response was received.To those looking for a roofing report and inspection service, I hope your needs will be met.

High quality workmanship, and very thorough and professional. The team went above and beyond to ensure the decramastic recoat was finished to a very high standard and 4 months later we are most pleased with the result.

After I contacted Fix It about roof restoration, the inspection was done promptly and quoted for in a comprehensive but easily understood way. The initial cleaning and siliconing was then carried out just a few days after I accepted their quote.I have found Fix It (for Kowhai) pleasantly and quickly responsive, and really helpful.The roof restoration is now complete, and the roof looks superb.. The workmen kept in close contact throughout the major restoration phase.Thank you Kelly, Gwill and LeighThank you John, who undertook most of the restoration.
