Absolutely appalling service from Monique at this Papamoa 2 Degrees store today!! Very rude & argumentative, causing us huge inconvenience & time wasting. Also Manager was out back but wouldn't even come out to deal with my complaint.

JD who runs 2 degrees outlet is the best customer service technician. Went to see him for a new phone and he spent a lot of time explaining the options available. Have been in the outlet x 3 now and each time the experience and service is top notch. Keep it up JD. (PS...no I don't know him lol).

Was served by the amazing Shubham. Great service freindly, helpful & informative. Didn't mind repeating things to 2 x mature blonde females. Phone was brought and very happy with it. Would recommend this store.

The app wasn’t letting me log in, neither was the website, and I couldn’t get through to the call centre (call was diverted overseas probably because my phone number wasn’t recognised). I wondered if the local 2Degrees store could help. Absolutely!Nirbhik was extremely helpful, finding my details, understanding the problem, and making the necessary calls himself (even though he had to wait on hold). It’s a relief to find a telco shop that cares about customer service.
