Creative Garden Early Learning Centre

My kids will stay with Creative Garden as long as they could, they taught my eldest son how to potty train, eat more solid food and saw huge improvement with his speech and social skills. The only regret I had is not putting him there earlier. I've learned my lesson so my youngest son started with them even before he reached 1. They treated us as family. Thank you to all the hardworking stafd!

We moved our daughter a year and half ago from a very good daycare that we were really happy with to this one – a brand new build, competitive rates, nearer to home and much smaller. She was one of a tiny handful of kids back then and although our benchmark was pretty high, we still have absolutely no regrets at all.There is a fantastic and welcoming culture here, the management and teaching staff are excellent and highly engaged. There is a genuine love for anything child-related. They put a great deal of effort into keeping the Centre orderly, tidy & clean so it is never a chaotic place for young children. They are excellent role models and work as a united front so the children receive consistent messages. They are very professional and it is evident that they put a great of effort into each day. With numerous resources and activities to choose from there is always something exciting for the kids to get involved in.Their communication is great and frequent with weekly room updates detailing all the activities that have been happening. They clearly put a lot of work into building relationships and are engaged with every single child that they have in their care. It is a very multi-cultural environment and much emphasis is placed on recognising all the cultures and backgrounds of the children and their families.The daily meals are very good with healthy eating considered a priority. Meal times are a social exercise teaching children about good/ bad food and appropriate social behaviour when sharing meals. There is also a good focus on toileting & hygiene.At every drop off, I leave confident that my child is respected, nurtured and well-cared for in this centre. I have no reasons to be concerned for her welfare when I see how happy she is running about with her friends. At home she fills us in with all the activities they got up to in the day and she can’t wait for her baby brother to join her in the summer.

After visiting 13 different centres in the area we settled on Creative Garden for our son who has been there now almost 2 years. I’ve always felt that the kaiako and other children were happy and warm and provided a safe and welcoming environment for our son to grow and learn. My son especially loves the outdoor area and the freedom to move between the older classrooms to explore different play spaces and the ability to make lots of friends.

I'd definitely recommend this daycare to everyone want to feel like their kids is being looked after in a homey family environment! I really appreciate the level of care, understanding and passion each teacher put in looking after my kid. My kid also loves Creative garden from Tui room to Pukeko room where he's now.

First impressions very welcoming, well organised, clean. Now that my son attendees there, he is happy and thriving and his teachers are always smiling and attentive to his needs plus communicate well with parents.

Creative Garden is the best Centre of all I have visited. What me and my husband love the most is how the teachers get involved with all kids and work as a team. They are friendly, you can see that they actually like the kids, they are not just there doing the job, but connecting with the kids. The manager is also very friendly, always smilling. :) And they are happy to accomodate our requests. Previous daycare was short staff, my son was not well look after and the manager was rude. I am so grateful for finding the Creative Garden. Love you all!

My all children are going to creative garden Papakura. They started when they were at a very young age. My son's had a great relationship with their teachers. We have wonderful communication with them. During the child setting period, they are providing great support to the child and family.We love children resources. All resources are child appropriated and quality, covering their many learning skills and abilities. Meals are of high quality. Clean and Beautiful place. Children have a wonderful out door environment. Highly recommended creative garden Papakura.

My husband and I decided to put our daughter to Creative Garden after viewing a few other centers in the area. The most important things that caught our eyes were welcoming environment, friendly and caring staff and communication. Creative Garden was the best, they use Story Park app so you can get the update from your kid's activity every week. The meals they provide are really healthy and the staff won't hesitate to give you a text update if you are really worried about your child for the first few days/weeks. During lockdown the teachers sent some activities and videos which helped us keep our daughter entertain. So glad that we changed her daycare as this one meet and exceed our expectations.

Updated: a few years later my younger Bub is now attending the centre! Love how the teachers provide weekly updates of what the children have been up to via Storypark. My younger bub is a picky eater at home but she’s eating fabulously at the centre!! Still love it - would definitely recommend to others.——Love the centre - all the teachers are very friendly and they always think of activities that would help the children to develop in various ways. Always encourage the children in a positive way. My daughter is enjoying her time there!
