Boom Desserts
I ordered one of Tanya's desserts as a birthday cake and it was amazing. It ticked all the boxes: absolutely delicious and beautiful, really different from another boring sponge cake and also healthier than a regular cake (sugar free and not overly fat either). You can really feel the flavour of fresh strawberries in the souffle and gel layers and it's really nice how this flavour isn't overpowered by sweetness, but has just the right amount of it. The shortbread layer is really pleasant too. Absolutely worth the price.If you're cautious about healthy and sugar free desserts thinking they might not be as good as the real thing"

Boom Desserts
I ordered a box of six desserts with a selection of both sugar free and regular desserts and they were all divine! My favourite was summer berry pavlova, they were a bit hard to find in Riverside market as I didn’t realise they were part of Collective. Highly recommended and great value for money
