Really great service and food. Sure, the wait was a bit long, but it was only one person working, so I understand. 10/10 would recommend

Really authentic, great prices,great flavour. Only advice is the Katsu lunch bowl process could be more efficient to make it easier and faster. I got a ramen instead and it was awesome. They have seating outside which is very unique and great on a nice day

I ordered spicy ramen, they served 2 dollar instant noodle you can buy in supermarket. Super unhealthy and overpriced.

Extremely poor customer service - very rude on the phone and in store. Chicken curry was not available for takeaway and so when requested, the chef tried to charge $7 to add the sauce onto a donburi ($26 total). Really surprised by the positive reviews. A must avoid.

Best japanese cuisine in Tauranga ever! All dishes are cooked with love. We tried several different dishes, and they are all delicious, without fail. The staff are also nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Spicy ramen includes two dumplings, two prawns, two rice cakes and an egg. It wasn't unpleasant but definitely tasted like it was packet noodles and seasoning. Also bought fried dumplings which had a mushy unidentifiable filling. Pleasant staff and very clean and tidy inside.
