Very polite service, cheap compared to any big name companies (Fed Ex) Ran into some communication issues and their was an issue on the sent address. From the outset and throughout the job, communication and service from Nathan and the team at Method Logistics was 10/10. As an events company, we had tight delivery and pick up windows as well as unusual assets, and still I cant fault the service provided. Nathan and the team at Method Logistics were FANTASTIC. They made the move back from Europe stress free and AFFORDABLE. Moving in Covid proved to be a nightmare but Method made this process stress free, safe, and professional. From being notified when my items where collected and updated throughout the process, I was well informed by there fantastic team. Absolute terrible service, got my tools sent from Australia, it took three months to arrive despite me being assured it would be much quicker, then I was advised the box was left in the port for six weeks. Then when I finally got my tools the new metal job box I bought and packed my tools into was destroyed in dents, some of the tools inside were damaged. I advised method logistics of the problem but I had already paid, they tried telling me it was my fault for not having insurance despite them not offering an insurance travel policy to me, then they refused to pay. They stopped answering my calls and emails, very unprofessional, if you need something transported I would advise not using this company as you will be left high and dry.

We have used these guys regularly in the past few years to send valuable artworks overseas and always had an excellent service. Great communication. Goods are picked up and dispatched promptly and safely.
