On this occasion very helpful.checked out steering and suspension with no charge. Previously had wheel alignment and wheel balance and they were keen to check out my concerns. The young man in the wheel alignment department was very knowledgeable and efficient

Usually great service and work. But this time after a wheel allignment on my 4 wheel drive they left no play between my two front drag arm links. Both joints were twisted in opposite directions leaving no play for the drag link bar to twist the way it should. I am just glad i noticed as the rod ends are brand new and would have prematurely worn. Not happy.Update:They were quick to enquire about the issue. And happy to do a recheck. Great to see a follow up on their customers.Understand that people make mistakes. But this could have caused damage to the parts adjusted. However they are making an effort to rectify and make sure it doesn't happen again.Once again thanks for the effort of phoning to enquire about the issue.
