Good quality weights and machinery. Plenty of room, separate cardio room, easy atmosphere, nothing changes, what you see is what you get which I love.Pat and Danny are both experienced and there to help, encourage and have a laugh.Danny leads by example, his body is incredible, better than most 20yo.Extremely reasonable pricing! Highly recommend.

Friendly and family like atmosphere. Only downside some of the equipment requires repairs ie: covers on the some of the gear ripped open exposing the padding underneath.

Disappointed after many months we are still waiting to get paid for the gym gear in this gym. Waiting on the owner to honour his agreement to buy this gear.

I visited Whanganui for six months and literally visited all the gyms in town. This was the only gym where I was greeted with a warm smile, enthusiasm and genuine interest in what I was looking for. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming gym then this is the only place to be. I visited six days a week and every day I was welcomed by name. Quality training is available should you need, otherwise you can do your own thing. Always a friendly chatter and laughter in this environment and all age ranges are represented. Thanks so much T - you gave me a home away from home!
