The staff is always very helpful. They make sure that they pay close attention to their customers needs. I have no complain about anything at all. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Reviewing here as I can’t review Dunedin South. Opened a joint account with my partner and it was such a great experience. Robyn was absolutely great, we had our meeting with her and she was lovely and explained everything to us and how to use the ANZ go app. Great service!

The ANZ on the corner George and Moray Place has been my preferred bank since I've been in Dunedin. Vicki was my personal banker. The service she provided was above and beyond any bank I've experienced in New Zealand. Sadly, being the best she was head hunted elsewhere. A mistake by ANZ. She should have been fast tracked to the top. They tried to get me to use South Dunedin but they lied about shutting down branches after merger. I was going to change banks if they didn't allow me to use George St.They did. The service has been great (not as good as Vicki) though I'll never get over why there's a person deciding why, if, or what to let me or others enter. They might think it's good public relations or how to stop a bank robbery. I don't feel it's good public relations and many retired 4 man specialist trained military group could be in and out of there in less time than the cops could react. So it's just a job for somebody with nothing else to do.However, the service is great once they accept that you prefer to deal with people face to face not some faceless computer or person on the phone who could be in Ausy or India for that matter.I suppose technology is eventually going to replace everyone below Manager or investment analyst but I hope not while I'm still alive. Like most I'm not impressed by the interest they are paying on money in the bank so I'm not going to keep much there if any. Better than the other banks I've experienced but I'd change to a New Zealand owned bank if they showed more potential
