Event Goals

Jon and Kate from Event goals really made our day, and we couldn’t have done it without them.Meeting with Kate from the start of my engagement, planning my wedding day and getting to my actual wedding day, was an absolute dream. Kate took all my ideas for the wedding and produced a beautiful mood board for me to visualise the day.We got married on my family property, so it did require a bit of logistics and styling. Kate styled the space beautifully, from inside the marquee to outside and in the barn it was more than I could have imagined. Jon and Kate spent the morning of the wedding day setting everything up at the farm and ensuring the morning and wedding went smoothly. They made sure they covered everything which enabled my parents to enjoy the build up of the wedding instead of stressing about the day. Kate and Jon made everything flow so well, which resulted in us having the best day of our life.They really are the dream team and we couldn’t have done it without them, we are so thankful to them for creating such an epic day for us!

We hired Kate for on-the-day coordination for our wedding and we cannot rave highly enough about Kate and how much we appreciated her time, talent and eye for detail - and the key impact that she had on the overall seamless running of the day.From the initial emails, she was so easy to communicate with, we really enjoyed meeting to discuss what we had booked and she gave such helpful suggestions for things we hadn’t thought of.Leading up to the day she produced a fantastic run sheet and it was so helpful to have her as they key point of contact in that last week leading up to the wedding. Kate even came to our rehearsal the day before which was excellent to have her suggestions for the ceremony and to get the timings for the music right. This was very much above and beyond just a ‘on-the-day’ role, and made us feel really prepared.On the wedding day, Kate was just incredible. From checking in in the morning to make sure that everything was okay before she arrived, to liaising with all of our vendors, keeping timing on track, managing the sound system, packing up the reception tables and probably dozens more things we weren’t even aware of, Kate was the biggest asset to making our day so stress-free and enjoyable. We really didn’t need to think or manage anything because Kate was on top of it all.If you are considering on-the-day coordination, definitely contact Event Goals. What can I say, just WOW. Kate and Jon were truly amazing to work with. They made everything run so smoothly for us and they were professional, helpful and bent over backwards over and over again. We couldn't recommend them more. Thank you both so much, you were by far our most valued vendor!

The one thing my now husband and I kept saying the day after our wedding was ‘How GREAT was Kate?!’.As our on the day coordinator, we completely trusted Kate. She had our run sheet ready to go well ahead of time, liaised with our vendors, and was simply organisation personified.On the day, she took care of some last-minute styling, had all the tasks we hadn’t gone around to doing done, and most importantly – managed to get my dad inside and ready on time (which is a big thing!). Along with our MC, she ran our whole day seamlessly, and we honestly could not have been more relaxed.Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.
