Z - Hillsborough Rd - Service Station

Surprisingly good coffee, staff are always friendly - my local gassy. I wish they'd bring back the sugar free gatorade. Tyre pump works. Has 3 driveway entrances

They had a fair bit of signage up saying they accepted a particular store card, and when I tried to use mine it didn't work. Turns out they can't accept it and it doesn't work. Saved from a one star rating by the cashier's low key efforts at an explanation and apology.

I don’t care how in the wrong the staff members are. Times are hard at the moment and yes the limit must have been 3 people at max but who ever the lady was in charge this morning…giving your staff a final warning in front of me (a customer) and other customers is so unprofessional and embarrassing. Grab them for a private meeting and then give them a warning. Unprofessional.

Just around the corner from my place. Fuel up all our company vehicles from there but there is a mid aged guy at the counter.Always rushing. Ask for a frappee from Him and he loses it.On three different occasion.1st time - it takes 30mins for a frappee, do you want to wait2nd time- short staffed, don't have time3rd time - machine broken.Can management please employ people that take pride in the work that they do.

Great staff though I really miss the in car service they had until lock down. As a disabled person I wish they'd bring it back. Its harder and harder to find a service station that'll come to you. Also, the app doesn't work here. Sort out these two things I'll give you five stars.

If it wasn't for the crazy gas prices it would be a 5 star haha but that cant be helped really can it? Great service, very clean, good COVID protocols and just a nice place!

I'm always at this gas station because its around the corner from me and the staff are almost always awesome!! But recently they have a man who is middle aged with mid length black hair working there in the evenings who is always really rude towards women for no reason. Whenever I go in he doesn't speak and when I ask him for something behind the counter he always gets frustrated. It's rude because he is particularly nice to men who don't say anything to him, referring to them as bro" and making conversation but when he serves women he doesn't say a word. Most recently I had quite a weird incident where i had driven in go get some snacks at the same time as another man who was filling up his gas. The same man who was working was doing something so i patiently waited at the counter. When the man came to the counter he motioned for the guy behind me to come forward so he could serve him first despite me being at the front of the line? No explanation or apology whatsoever. Then yesterday I went in at about 9.30pm to get some ice cream for my family and I took a bit longer than usual because i was grabbing a few things (5 minutes at most) and he came up to me and said "we're closing soon" and they close at 10????????? It wasn't even close to their closing! Don't know why he's so rude. My sisters experiences with him have been unpleasant and I have asked 3 of my friends to go in for me in the past. the 1 male friend said the man was friendly to him and the 2 girls said he didn't say a word to them."

The CSR was trying to mop her floors and clean up her shop before closing in half an hour she displayed excellent customer services. Friendly and patient.

Really bad customer service just spoil my day. That Māori lady was so rude instead of help customers she was yelling and don’t even say thank you while serving me on the counter. I wouldn’t come again
