Hot Property Management & Rentals
Very unprofessional in both manner and communications. This is a property manager that worries more about keeping the tenant happy than looking after the homeowner's property. Chattels are not listed so no way of noticing things are missing. Photographs of the house before the tenant moved in are not taken so nothing to compare in the final inspection. Final inspections are done in an hour with some areas not inspected, damages overlooked and parts of the house not cleaned.

We rented a property from HP for over a year. Communication was great, Inspections were thorough with reasonable notice. Maintenance was sorted within a week of notifying the Agent. Would recommend
