Unfortunately my first experience to the store I’ve been excited to visit, wasn’t the greatest! Grabbed what I wanted and waited in line behind a gentleman who was having a lively chat with the lady who was serving him. Thinking I would receive the same customer service, I walked up to the counter and placed my items to be scanned. I looked up and the lady who was serving walked off and faced a shelf a few steps behind the till. She started shuffling the items on that shelf for a good 20 seconds. At first I thought she had to quickly pop something back on the shelf but NOPE, she continued to shuffle. She legit didn’t need to.... then turned around slowly and came back to the till. No hello, no eye contact this lady started to scan my items. I then paid for my shopping and walked out.... She was Maori & had the worst chipped nail polish ever! Not impressed! 2 stars for the wonderful products, will be ordering online from now on.

Amazing staff, beautiful high quality Organic produce, great range and fantastic service!!!Soo happy!I ordered a $50 f&v box online plus some extra grocery items online, came into store to pickup, added some other products, and my boxes were carried to car for me, with lovely smiling warm staff, and when I got home the produce was packed beautifully, with care, and AMAZINGLY fresh!!IV been trying all the organic home delivery services across Auckland this last 6 months, and this one IS THE BEST BY FAR. VERY VERY GOOD! Just the quality I was looking for team. Well done... I'll be back!!!

Very good place for buying all your organic foods from fresh veges to fermented foods , they pretty much have most types of organic foods. One of the best place to buy organic food in North Shore.

Very disappointing experience. On 31 January I ordered a fruit and vegebox. First delivery date they could offer was 2 Feb to Milldale On same day I received a tracking number and noriced it was packed and processed on 31 January - surely not ? fresh veges and fruit in a sealed box for 3 days ? In fact it arrived on 4 February - 2 days later than promised and 5 days after packing. Packed by Hannah who I phoned personally and who was fairly unconcerned. It was my first order and my last. I rejected the box. Wouldn't you?
