Was sooooo disappointed in my large bk chicken meal tonight absolutely appalled. Who wants ta eat the core and stalks in a burger defs not me mate I like lettuce leaf not core, waited half a hr in the drive thru for this meal, am never coming to this bk again, considering I won the valentines day pun spent it at Beasley ave Carlton bk, thats his I'm having it my way that store from now on stuff curletts.

Service at the drive thru was mediocre to say the best, but typical of today's service at most drive thu's. The food was disappointing, and nothing like the pictures and semi warm, not hot. My son complained of a sore stomach for several hours afterward, and my stomach wasn't much better. Honestly, I won't be back again. Sorry BK but it was the worst experience.

Arrived 10 mins before closing said they won’t make any food for us because they can’t be bothered. The worst service and the most rude staff I have ever come across. I get it’s a fast food but it’s not hard to hire people that want to do their job

Not your average BK... Think normal BK then greatly lower your expectations... Slow on every front and cold food... My daughter was gutted because she used her own money and it was bad...

Came in through drive thru at around 8:30pm when we had the most amazing service and good time talking with bob. His people skills were amazing and left us feeling great! We hope you as a business to your best to keep this gem. He even gave us a free Sunday after making a joke. Terrific person. Terrific service. Terrific experience.

Burgerittos are good spicy vege burger. Recommended. Rate Ghost Pepper Whopper as a spicy burger. BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger is also a good BBQ burger. Don't rate BK chicken burgers. Rate KFC Zinger burgers as best spicy chicken burger from a chain non-gourmet burger place. Burger Burger or Burgers and Beers or Burger Fuel or Burger Wisconsin all do great chicken burgers but at twice cost.

The place was clean, organised, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of space for parking, as it is located at one of Z petrol stations. Comfortable places to sit, the food was good as expected and it didn't take long to get our order placed and delivered.

Long wait, stale bun, cold burger and bad oil for the fries. Wasn't expecting Michelin Star quality but this was bad even by burger kings standards. Had a bad meal last time I went here but put it down to a bad day. Won't be going here again.

The new BK App is horrible to use, takes too long to order something compared to the previous version. Deals aren't really deals anymore, unfortunately due to these two reasons I will not be using the app or buying BK again
