firstly, the lady charged me $2 for a led to close my falafel bowl.she didn't gave me proper receipt for it , says bill for premium fillings. she made the falafel on same hot plate where they cook meat. i will probably take this further. 2nd time worst experience with this branch. she talk rudely when i asked why charged for a plastic take away led ??????? not good at all

Ridiculous quality and quantity. You guys need to get trained under botany branch. When you are expected us pay you the full amount of the order then we are expecting from you to put the right stuff with enough quantity too, which we asked for. Pathetic service.I have asked multuple things to out in my bowl and half of the things you did not even put it and you have charged me for those things too.Extremely bad!

Manukau branch is better, portion size and price is reasonable. Taste quality and service acutally good as well. Better Salad options than Subway.

Pathetic...I ordered chicken falafel wrap...the veggies in it were stale and smelly..without any chicken in it...I highly recommend to not buy any food frm there..waste of money..no taste at all...

Worst customer service I have received in my life. Stephanie was very rude and insulting. I request her to put some extra cheese in my wrap and she made a terrible face and rolled her eyes and through a tantrum, I felt extremely insulted and humiliated. I wasn't asking it for free, she was not giving me food as a favour I had paid for my wrap. I am pretty sure I will not be going there ever.

Been to get my lunch at pita pit yesterday.The lady name Mariana if I am not wrong, she was very friendly and the best customer service. The way of talking was so nice and served me very well. She really deserved 5 star rating for her customer service. Can't wait to see her again there.

I gave them 1 star because that is the minimum you can rate. The owner of this place is rude, unprofessional and has a pethatic behavior. He should not be in the business of customer service. Not recommended at all.
