Noel Leeming Tokoroa

Have been in there twice in one week to make a purchase. And both times had no customer service. No one is quick or willing to oblige in helping a customer like the other noel leemings stores we go to. I had to ask for asistance the 2nd time going in, and the sales rep wasnt willing to help us or go out of his way to assist us making the purchase we we were looking for so we decided we would rather take our money elsewhere. Weve made many purchases here in the past and they never use to be this slack.

OK service.allways out of stock and never have any of the deals that are advertised on pamphlets. Suggest go to the bigger stores like rotorua or Hamilton. Half the staff haven't a clue on any of their products and keep going back and forth to their computers to check on their own products? If they haven't a clue,why they getting paid for? Dizzy lot of overpaid and under worked people who shouldn't be working there..at least spend some time to know what the he'll they are selling and keep up with the stock taking.c,mon guys.represent!

Frustrating when staff don't listen and think they know better than you. Maybe it was worse because I was female and he was male???? Wish the good staff were on today. I like good staff.

Have not had much luck at this store. I would recommend, if they do not have it in stock, purchase from somewhere else. The wait times are unbelievable. If we had not already paid, I would have gone elsewhere.

Do not waste extra money for lessons. Mot worth it. Paid for 4 hours . Booked in for first lesson. I turned up the person was away so told to go in when its quiet time, sunday aftetnoons or whenever. Went in again. Member of staff saw me and took off to a customer who just walked in, i felt like a 70 year old nusciance,Paid lessons should not be done at the counter with everything going on, too distracting.Went in to cancel, all of a sudden there is a 28 day for refund, never heard of that,The manager was rude and very unhelpful. He more or less said too bad and there was no refund.I will never go in there again. The lessons are not worth it. It was my first tablet, its hard enough for seniors to learn all this tech stuff with out being embarressed.

Mother done a click and collect on Friday early arvo, to then be told the product isn't there they are getting one sent from tauranga it should be there Saturday morning, it's now Monday to be told you don't know where the product is and don't know when it will be arriving! Never use this store for click and collect, never use them if they have to ship anything from a different store they can't seem to track their products at all

Great range of home appliances and tech stuff. Bevan and the team are super-friendly and have excellent knowledge of the products in store.If you're looking for some great deals in Tech go and see the team. They'll be the best place to meet your tech needs!

Great service, and a good warranty policy. Staff are kind and try their best to help you. They are usually very helpful with dealing with faulty products, and allow you to keep up to date with the status of products that have been sent for repair or the checking of credit eligiblity. I do not recommend getting a Parallel Imported product from them, since they can not guarantee repairs these products, and getting credit for them can take awhile (long enough to consider just forgetting about it and get a new product).
