100% would recommend to anyone. I was very nervous about driving and about passing my restricted test, but Kat had all of the insider knowlage about the test I needed to know which made me way less nervous. She is super calm and collected and made me feel a lot more relaxed about driving and the test. I passed my restricted on my first try as a manual driver :) thanks Kat!

Kat is a brilliant driving instructor. Very patient, calm and collected. Gives top advice not only for passing the test but for real world driving. Very calm atmosphere in the car to drive with her and never felt judgement or pressure on my driving ability. She listens and adjusts the lesson to your particular needs/anxieties around driving. Very professional and friendly, would 100% recommend for any one no matter what level of driver they are.

After several years without driving, my goal was to gain more confidence. Kat made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe while re-learning to drive and making mistakes. She is incredibly encouraging and will help you be a safe driver.I'd recommend Kat as driving lessons with her definitively boost my confidence. She's a great professional instructor who will provide comprehensive feedback after each lesson, so you know exactly what you need to work on next time.

I had a few lessons with Kat in preparation for taking my full license test after not having driven for 10+ years. Kat is an excellent and calm teacher who is able to understand where you're coming from in terms of driving background and any stress or emotions that it might bring up. I went from having pretty much zero confidence to being comfortable enough to drive alone for practice, and yesterday I passed the full test on the first attempt. Thank you Kat!

After a long, stressful relationship with driving, including lessons with other instructors, Kat got me out of my rut and I finally got my full license. Kat was always calm and kind but straightforward, giving clear feedback after each lesson. I especially appreciated being able to talk through things I’d been told or taught but had never quite understood (eg. where exactly am I meant to be looking when doing a shoulder check?) Kat made sure I knew what to do, how AND why. Lessons with Kat are invaluable.

Kat was punctual, professional, encouraging and her driving tips were practical and helpful! I took a lesson with Kat to prepare for a 2000km solo road trip in the south island and it was the boost of confidence I needed. I had never driven on the left side of the road (I’m from the US) and my parallel parking skills aren’t the best, but I shared with Kat my concerns and we were able to work on those areas during the lessons. Plus, she provides the car which was important as I don’t own a car here. Would highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Kat from Kruse Control enough! I needed a few more lessons to get ready for sitting my restricted test and Kat was absolutely the right choice. She’s super calm, patient and knowledgeable - which really helped with my pre-test nerves - and was always really flexible with lesson timing/content. Thanks for helping me pass Kat, super chuffed to have achieved that milestone :)

Kat is the best driving instructor out there. She met me where I was at with my driving and helped me improve my confidence which made me a better driver. She’s insanely patient, kind and knows how to make the experience of learning to drive less daunting and stressful. To anyone who is learning to drive/thinking about it, I wholeheartedly recommend Kat’s Kruse control service. So grateful for her help.

Kat is a fantastic driving instructor - perfect for anyone who's had bad experiences with other driving instructors or learning to drive in the past. She's calm, reassuring, and truly teaches you how to drive - not just how to pass your test. Couldn't recommend her enough - I don't think I would have passed my practical if it hadn't been for her. Kat is an excellent instructor! She is consistently calm, patient, precise and helpful with her advice. I was an older and more experienced learner and she helped me practice the right habits to get me through the test, as well as become an expert in the dreaded parallel park. I would recommend Kruse Control to drivers of any age who need to prepare for their next step on the road!
