So I have had the Puretec Hybrid G series for just over 3 years now and it's been working well and easy to maintain. Just recently I noticed when changing the UV light that the ballast had stopped working. I contacted Puretec and told them about my situation. They said I was a few months out of warranty but they still sent me a free new ballast all within minutes on the phone. Painless and easy. Thank you to the team and Puretec for going out of there way to make sure I've still got clean water. Chur

The installation of my new Puretec PureMix X7 was easy to install and is providing clean filtered water, so nice to have normal tasting drinks again. Highly recommend to anyone who has even the minimal DIY skill with this kit.

If you need to by a water filter, don't hesitate to buy a Puretec. Not only does it do the job well, if not better than the competition, but it comes with a 10 year warranty which is revered by Puretec.Through a personal experience when my Puretec filter housing after a crack at the bottom started leaking; Puretec replaced the housing without a fuss This was through the expert customer service of Cassi who led me from start to finish to replace with a brand new housing shipped, and arriving the next day.If this is not superb customer service, then what is?

My church purchased a Puretec free standing refrigerated drinking fountain. There was a warranty issue and they were great to deal with. The communication and follow up was more than I expected. The fountain was replaced under warranty. Thank you Puretec.

Absolutely FABULOUS company this is. We had recently purchased a uv filtration system which after only a few months of instal developed a Crack in part of one of the filters, and was leaking really bad. After getting in contact with puretec, they took all the stress away with only needing me to email a few pictures through of the issue, they then replaced the complete system and was posted out to me within a couple of days. A++ service. Big Thanks to Sam.
