Not being familiar with the installation of the Billi tap, I hit a few roadblocks along the way but, never fear when Merquip are near. I must be perfectly honest, such dedication to great customer service is quite rare in the plumbing industry. My praise goes out to ( in no particular order of greatness ) Megan, Eric and Olivia who took my hand like a 58yo kid and guided me along the path to success.Go Merquip!!!

Excellent team to work with. Always on to it. Customer service is on point and responsive. We had a problem with our water cooling system but that didn’t stop the team from being able to fix the problem as soon as possible. Highly recommend these guys for anyone that needs dealing with their water system.Cheers team

Excellent company to deal with, a team that go above and beyond for customer service. True positive 'beyond the initial sale' experience. From a great Billi Boiling and Chilled Drinking Water product that operates silently inside my kitchen cupboard, no noisy chiller fans, no hot air adding to my summer cooling bill (Billis have a famous Heat Recovering water-cooled chiller that uses otherwise waste heat from the chiller to pre-heat water for the boiling tank!) My power bill didn't change at all installing this unit - if anything it went down compared to boiling a jug!The Billi only ever asks for 12 months filter changes (I wouldn't want to personally risk changing it any less frequently)Billi and Merquip all the way for me!

We have been waiting since the beginning of the year for this company to replace or defective boiling water system. We have called multiple times and it is always 'delayed' in transit. Meanwhile our tap is growing mold in our kitchen while we wait. Do not recommend. Terrible service.

Amazing service from Natasha, who was able to identify a part that had been thrown out, find and ship the replacement all by email. Much appreciated !

Great for client meetings and also encourages more water consumption every day.Awesome & very quick response whenever we need something looked at or a general service, was the very next day after my email and the technician was here!
