The older women (manager I believe) zero stars from me. Second rude experience I've had with this women. Would appreciate it if you treated customers as paying customers rather than thieves. Disappointed in the treatment of this rude women. Hovering over like your stealing. Go into the changing room with one item to be questioned if I'm purchasing it or not. Sick of it. Otherwise when she isn't on the other staff are awesome.

Appalled to be waiting in line with no social distancing and get to the counter only to be told they don't take cash and I will have to wait for next counter. I questioned this as the store assistant had her mask off while talking to another staff member. Also another staff member was wearing her mask belie her nose! I waited the recommended 2 meters and the store assistant then csll another customer to the counter immediately next to me. Esde either follow the rules or not...don't mix and match to suit!!

Excellent quality clothes for excellent prices. Super fast delivery when buying online.I'm in a wheelchair and found it rather hard to get around in the shop with not much room. Will have to stay with online shopping.

The store has very limited men's clothes, but what they lack in choice, they make up for in frugality. It's affordable and at least worth the price you pay. I haven't regretted buying anything here in more than a decade. Likewise, I've enjoyed shopping here for about a decade. I think they either changed ownership or management about that time.

I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I was greeted very coldly after exiting the changing room, treated like I was gong to steal. It was clear she was very annoyed and that she had been waiting for me to leave so she could intimidate me. I won't shop there again.

Great range of clothes. Only issue is it's very cramped and hard to get a double-pram through to the back of the store. Lovely and helpful staff though!
