Wort apartment and student accommodation ever. The price is cheap. However. They have been doing renovation for 4 years, nothing has improved. There are leaks, mould and lots of other issues.

Immeuble propre et sécurisé. Logement d'étudiants. Seul bémol le week-end il faut s'attendre à des nuisances sonores dans les immeubles autour. Et il y a aussi des travaux en journée. Équipé d'une salle de sport et d'un parking.
