We recently moved into our new house and our previous internet provider took more than a week figuring out how to activate our internet activation. Thank you so much to Elaine G for being proactive and attending our concern diligently. She and her team attended our concern quickly and has activated our internet connection with no hassle. Our internet package is fast, and at $69 month is pretty cheap. Elaine from Fibercity was also very helpful in setting up the plan for us.
