Young Hostel

The place looks like a family house and not like a hostel. There was a woman who seemed to live at the house with her baby. The house was a mess, some rooms were empty. in the bathroom and throughout the house were their personal belongings.We felt uncomfortable staying so we left 5 minutes after we arrived.If you like to rent a room with other family it's fine price.

After staying here one night, I agree with everything that has been said. But everyone is missing out on onedetail. The whole town is built upon geothermal activity, which gives off a lot of sulphur. This makes the area smell like rotten eggs. If you can sleep through bad smells then good on you

Manager has a problem with anger management and communication was terrible! I accidentally ran over a plant and he demanded $200 when I refused to pay he slapped me across the face a couple of times

When I arrived at the hotel I wondered if it was there, I saw boxes in the back of a house on muddy ground, they were not chalets at all. It didn't even lock up, so we couldn't leave any stuff and we didn't feel safe, because with the barrier open it went straight into the street. When I entered the house, I was shocked with only one shower common to all the boxes (about 7.8 + 3 inside rooms). It was therefore necessary to go out in the cold in the mud to access the common shower and toilets. When in the box, it was very simple, it was cold even with the heating. Breakfast is to be made by yourself, you have to help yourself in the fridge. Finally did not stay the night and I had to book another real hotel.Lorsque je suis arrivé à l'hôtel je me suis demandé si c'était bien là, j'ai vu des box a l'arrière d'une maison sur un terrain boueux, ce n'était pas du tout des chalets. Il ne fermait même pas à clefs, on ne pouvait donc pas laisser d'affaires et on ne se sentait pas en sécurité, parce que'vec la barrière ouverte ça donnait directement dans la rue. Lorsque je suis entré dans la maison, j'ai ete choque avec une seule douche commune à tous les box (environ 7,8 + 3 chambres intérieures). Il fallait donc sortir dans le froid dans la boue pour accéder à la douche commune et aux W.C. quant à le box, c'était très simple, il faisait froid même avec le chauffage. Le petit déjeuner est à faire soi-même, il faut se servir dans le frigo. Pour finir n'est pas reste cette nuit et j'ai dû réserver un autre et vrai hôtel.

The owner is nice and generous, provigind good breakfast and the cabin is brand new.free internet as well.location is good .

Clean and comfortable stay with good morning breakfast. Just there is a bit issue with WiFi connectivity.

This is a basic hostel for budget travelers but is good value for money. A free breakfast is a bonus - and included eggs, muesli, toast, tea, coffee, etc. Staff are friendly. Sheets and towels are spotless. My only complaint is superficial - there could be a lot more care taken in terms of basic maintenance.

Nice people, comfy bed. The house was locked during the night so there was no possibility of using the washroom.
