Sorted me out quickly. Had tyres in stock and replaced 2 in 45 min. Reasonable prices as well.

Were not the cheapest, but because we were entitled to either NZDF discount or Teacher discount we decided to take our business there. Ended up only giving us a $10 discount on a $582 bill. Then because we got the $10 discount he would not let us scan our airports card.Should have gone to Tony's Tyre Service next door and definitely will next time. Disappointing.

Don’t go to this place they’re unprofessional.I had a booking for wheel balancing and alignment due to some problem I wasn’t able to go but I called the shop to reschedule the appointment and they told me to come on Monday. Literally that guy was playing around with me when I reach there he just refused to do the work. I really don’t remember his name. When I reached there he just said not to do the work. Worst thing was suddenly he started saying some racist comments on me. Definitely i was upset but but I literally laughed on their childish behaviour haven’t seen such kind of unprofessional people.Thank you

I had a booking here at 9am today (03/06/2023). I arrived at 9am and was told that their service guy is sick, and that I was called yesterday but didn't answer.I did miss call from them yesterday at 4:41pm, and called them back at 5:03pm but they did not answer. So I was simply never notified that it was a waste of time waking up early, driving there to be told that my booking cant go through today.I cannot understand why they did not leave a voice mail, or a text message, or an email, or wait 3 minutes after closing to resolve this. They have both my phone number and email address.I will not be back. Horrible experience.

Purchased a set of Tyres exactly three years ago. Now my Wof have failed due to worn out tyres even though i dont drive my personal car that much due to having a work vehicle. So I went back to this place but unfortunately they stuff up my record and entered the wrong details including odometer so i had no way of knowing how much distance travelled of my car since then.

Friendly team! They didn't had the stock of the tyres i needed but they got them on express currier the next hour,i got charged extra 20 bucks for the delivery.

Bought a coupon from Grabone and had an oil change for our Outlander. Booked it in no problem oil change was completed and all the checks done, any extra costs were discussed upfront.

I brought my van in for a wheel alignment and afterwards they ask what pressure i would like the tyres pumped to? Im like hmm thats a weird question to ask since this is a tyre profession. As I was waiting for van I overheard the manager say Iv only been here a month. Im like oh no!!! I leave and I hear a slight squeaking noise. Since they were so inexperienced I took van to another mechanic. They tell me wheel alignment was not done properly and also had to tighten things up. They say take it back and Im like no thanks thats the last thing I want to do. I ring Beaurepaires and explain to the manager and he says hes worked in multiple tyre stores and he did his job properly. Obviously not. Very disappointed with this outcome and should be refunded. What a hassle. Also it took Beaurepaires 2hours to do wheel alignment?? Somebody doesn't know what they are doing. Maybe stop talking on phone while you do work on cars

I booked in for the free battery check online which I thought was great they offered. Went there to get it done to be told my battery was fine and it’s most likely alternator or starter motor. (They we’re great with jump-starting me so I could leave) Spent a lot of money to get a new alternator for that not to fix the issue. Took starter motor out of my car and took both alternator and that to a auto mechanic for them to say both fine. Abit puzzled we tried a new battery in the car for it to work fine, the battery was the issue all along. I spent a month with no car when it could have been a easy fix! No point offering a free battery check when it is inaccurate.
