I got a lash perm from Jenna. She was unreal, so kind and friendly and she did an amazing job. Hands down the best person that has ever served me customer service in every working field ever!!

Lovely staff, used to see Jenna who was amazing but have recently been looked after by Rita who is also amazing.

I bought a gift voucher for my friend’s birthday and asked for it to be delivered to her mailbox as I live in Auckland. Michele has been prompt and provided such an excellent customer service via email. The gift voucher came in a cute gift box with ribbon. My friend is very happy with it!

Yesterday I went to see Angel for a micro needle facial. The clinic was beautiful and clean and a lovely set up! I had never had Micro needling before and Angel was amazing! Such a lovely way about her and an expert in her field. I found her so knowledgable about skin and this made me feel very at ease. The Facial included the most amazing foot massage as well. Always a plus!! I cant recommend Urban Beauty enough. If you want a results driven facial don't be afraid to give the micro needling a go. You are in great hands with Angel.

Urban Beauty Spa is a tranquil and elegant inner city Spa. I look forward to my visits here every few weeks. From waxing to Massages Michelle and Holy will provide you with an amazing experience when you visit them. They are both friendly welcoming and professional. They will do there best to fit you in when it works for you and provide you with the best service in town. The treatments I get are always of top quality and I always leave happy and satisfied looking forward to visiting them again. They also have regular specials running for an extra special treat. I highly recommend Urban Beauty Spa to everyone.

She is a true expert and professional in her field!Had the best eyebrow job done from her- it is amazing!The girls are both absolutely lovely, knowledgeable very skilled and gentle with their treatment techniques.The location is great and the setting is beautiful and cozy!

Was the most lovely relaxing experience of my life. An experience to make anyone whose tense leave utterly relaxed and at ease. I came in today to have a full face indulgence package and was treated by Angel. The beautiful facial scrubs and exfoliation sent sensations down my spine and the hot towels were lovely very professional and beautiful at what she does. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. The face and chest massage was beautiful and hydrating and had me leaving the parlour like a new woman . Being a new mum this was a beautiful treat and I’ll definitely be coming again and be recommending this to my friends and family . Great value for the time and beautiful energy’s put into the job :) well done.
