Really fantastic service and products here!I came in looking to exchange a faulty item and the team was really helpful in making it an easy exchange. The staff went above and beyond in helping provide a suitable replacement and assisted with picking out some other products too!

Hannah the Manager at Kathmandu was awesome. After receiving a terrible experience at Mac Pac over the road we went to Kathmandu. She was super friendly, helpful and stayed with us to find the correct pair of shoes. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend this store under her management.
