We had a fantastic overnight stay at the Haast Beach Motel. The location was nice and quiet and the beach was very accessible from the Motel, just across the road. The views from the motel rooms were also quite nice, lovely mountains out the back and a couple of cute equine friends as well! The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and very clean, modern and with everything that we needed to cook our dinner and breakfast in, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and we both had a great sleep which can be hard while travelling. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, recently updated and all our needs met.the bed was really comfy.

Stopover for the night. We had a queen studio which had a comfy bed, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and flat screen TV with Sat dish for Freeview. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some dinner recommendations.

It is a nice an cozy motel, close to the beach in a quite remote are. The room we got was a bit dated but in good condition and clean. Only negative was that there was no stove top in the kitchennette and the electric heater was very noisy - we had to turn it off over night to get some sleep which lead to a pretty cold night.

Lovely place to be, nice & clean with great sunset views, with clear skies the stars were out & bright at night so bring a picnic blanket & torch and have a lay down on the beach :)

I loved staying here for 2 nights. Yes there is sandflies and it can be windy as some people negitely said but it's the westcoast so that's a given. We actually had beautiful weather and we had bug spray so the sandflies never bothered us.Stunning sunsets that you can sit on the beach opposite and watch. The beach is long in either direction and you will have it either all to yourself or maybe a couple of other guests wonder over, thats it though. No you cant see it from your room but its literally a 30 second walk so i was totally happy with that. Great location for exploring from. Hosts were amazing. The place spotless and the bed super comfy. I would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay, super comfy bed, nice and tidy. A short walk to the beach and a nice e view from the balcony.

We enjoyed a comfy and warm stay during our travels. The staff was very friendly, the accommodations were perfect for our needs and we only wished we could have stayed here longer.
