Alpha Brave CrossFit

I'm going on nearly 2.5 years here and I LOVE this place! Brilliant coaches who constantly go above and beyond, great vibe and welcoming people. I've been a runner most of my life and, since including the Crossfit Hybrid classes in my fitness routine, I've noticed a huge improvement in my strength, core and the support/strength building around my knees (which have had a bit of a hammering running the roads for years). The classes are challenging and fun, with enough variety to keep the movements interesting and different muscle groups working. There's an awesome mix of humans who go here with a huge range of different abilities. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at alpha yesterday. (I currently live in AKL but am on uni break and here for work) And may i just say... Chilo (the coach) was a great coach!!! She was patient, lovely, and quick to show me and one other correct techniques without making us feel uncomfortable. I recommend going to alpha if you're wanting to get into it crossfit. Alpha Brave is a fantastic box with their expert and friendly coaching staff. The vibe of the gym is supportive and friendly while each coach goes out of her way to make sure you have correct form and support you along the way during the toughest of workouts. It has everything you could possibly want and expect! Highly recommend the box.

Highly Highly rate CrossFit Alpha Brave and would recommend to everyone at every skill level. Have been to a few other CrossFit boxes but Alpha feels like home. Everybody is so friendly and the coaching is over and above. when I joined I had an ongoing injury, Rose has worked alongside with my Physio to make sure I can still have an amazing workout. I always feel supported by the whole team. If you are wanting to have a change or just want to check Alpha Brave out come along you won't regret it!!

I picked Alpha out by looking at Google Reviews when I moved to Hamilton at the start of this year and I haven't looked back, friendly and fun box with superstar coaches and a great vibe for beginners alike. I hadn't done any CrossFit prior to coming down here but I feel like I can give most Scaled movements a good try now, I've loved it here and if you're reading this I hope you act on the same whim that I did, I doubt you'll regret it. 1 2 3 Alpha !

I'm new to the Alpha Brave team but everyone was super inviting and friendly from day one and immediately made me feel like part of the crew.Love that the box has a massive focus on positivity and also on working out safely - I've never felt uncomfortable or at risk of any injuries in any way.Massive shout out to the amazing Nicole who coached me 1:1 throughout the foundations course and was super friendly and motivating/encouraging!Bring on the future with the Alpha Brave team!
